Police in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, said Monday they have arrested a 64-year-old woman on suspicion of assault after she threw a metal baseball bat at an elementary school student in Sendai City on Sunday.
According to police, Michiko Sugano threw the bat at a fifth-grade boy in a park in Aoba Ward at around 4:10 p.m. on Sunday, NHK reported. At the time, a group of seven elementary school boys and girls were playing baseball.
Police said Sugano asked if she could join in the game and they played together for about an hour before she apparently became angry at the way the children were playing. She threw the bat at the group, hitting the boy in the leg.
Police said the boy was not seriously injured.

64 year old woman playing baseball with a bunch of kids, the getting pissed off because things didnt go her way?
Further proof that "age" doesnt change people all that much, and I'll bet she was a pain when she was younger too!

The umpire is always right. That was strike three, lady. And you're out of the game for throwing that bat. The fine? Jail time. Lots of jail time. You're old, that was a kid you hurt. Good luck with the prison baseball team. No throwing bats allowed there. The penalty will be more than you would want to even think about.

She is 64 physically, but it seems mentally she is the age of the children or less.

This feels like an example of how the events portrayed in AC public service ads would actually play out in real life if they ever occurred.
The AC ad: Old lady rediscovers her youthful joy by innocently joining some kids as they play in the park.
The reality: Within an hour she's gotten tired of the kids doing things their way, loses her temper and heaves a bat at them.

Sounds to me like she’s mental. Firstly wanting to play with kiddies, then going potty and hunting one of them.
