To drive down gun deaths, Murthy calls on the U.S. to ban automatic rifles, introduce universal background checks for purchasing guns, regulate the industry, pass laws that would restrict their use in public spaces and penalize people who fail to safely store their weapons.
These points should also be considered when giving weapons to Israel and Ukraine, especially the background checks and restricting their use in public spaces.

The expert below clearly demonstrates how much of the research against the keto or low-carb/high fat diets are faulty. I wouldn’t be surprised if the conclusions in the above article are based on equally faulty research.
Any medical experts of value have institutions that back their assertions. Which medical organizations have come to the same consensus as whomever you've posted a youtube video of?
Many like to bring up an alleged institutional consensus, but are completely unable to provide any proof.
You clearly didn’t even watch the video, as he doesn’t say anything for or against keto. He is simply pointing out that the studies often being used to support the anti-keto side are faulty. For example, a study where the keto group included many more smokers and other confounders. Or reports of groups said to be following a keto diet were in fact following a diet far from keto.
I wouldn't be surprised if studies against intermittent fasting are of equally poor quality.
