Debt ceiling will be resolved but with big cuts in spending and we are going to enter a recession. Some European countries already have shrunk in the last quarter.and with sky high inflation we'll have a nice recession with stocks retreating 20 percent or more this year

When politicians overpromise and underdeliver it's bound to happen again and again. I'm not saying what happened is a good thing but maybe the politicians should be more careful of what they say and if the things they promise have a chance of execution. Their implementations have an impact on real people's lives so if they don't deliver on their promises they upset some people and some nutshells might opt for an attack on their life to show their frustrations

Put people who bully others on a blacklist and share it with all internet and phone providers so they won't have internet anymore if their name is on the list. That will teach them. Simple solution. Last month they already increased the average bill by more than 10.000 yen and they want to increase again? And how can a 30+ percent increase only add 2800 yen to the average bill? My calculation is that the average bill will go up by another 12000 yen or so. So an average house will see around 50.000 monthly bills which will be a roughly 100 percent increase compared to last year. Think some people cannot do some simple math. All this does is inflate the prices of accomodation, hotels and inns will double their prices because the government will foot the bill. So if we get 11.000 yen per person per day, our stay should be free, because how many hotels charge 40.000 yen per night?
