Of course it is important, the US needs to maintain its decadent hegemony in the East, creating more chaos and conflicts..
Pathetic and desperate efforts to make the world believe that US is still important and necessary..

The U.S, presence in East Asia is welcomed by nearly all nations simply because of China's massive military buildup and aggressive behavior in it's territorial claims.

That myth has been selling for more than 70 years since the Korean War. Every countries in the region is looking at what is real, a duel is ahead. When the old brand hegemony to be expulsion out of the west Pacific. As China's naval buildup is advancing, the days of American hegemony is set to be numbered !

No worries, the Yankees has three frontliers: Ukraine and Baltic, Iran and Israel and of course China and the Koreas. Their fleets has been over stretched, once we find their weak belly at the specified and specific place were the time China strikes back. Even the outer space is a frontlier !

I wouldn't be so eager for that WW3 that will leave China in ruins as well. Our F-35s and B-2s remain uncommitted.

Yes, the reserve currency still in effect and world's largest airforce are irrelevant. Keep telling yourself this please.

Thankfully we have polls for such things: https://www.pewresearch.org/global/2023/06/27/overall-opinion-of-the-u-s/
I guess if your yardstick is only China and Russia, yes the US is unpopular.

Who knows the authenticity of that opinion survey, mabe it was manipulation for propaganda purpose. And the few does not representing the world opinion.
As long as America supporting Netanyahu's wars, world opinion and image will be deteriorated. The world has been tired of America's pouring salt about the myth of Xinjiang genocide. They saw where isca genocide now and who are the collaborators !

Yes, it is completely made up. Your complete lack of evidence to contrary must clearly take precedence. Never mind the cultural impact of the US that even China and Russia struggle to contain.
In Gaza and a few Iranian controlled places. Ftfy.
Yes, everyone follows the People's Daily diligently, comrade.
Your heroes are responsible for killing way more than the US ever did.

It's no myth, just read the news. Any news other than Global Times.
Wrong. China was an economic basket case 1950-1990. China's military buidup and aggressive behavior with respect to it's outlandish territorial claims corresponds to post 1990s and 2000s.Best not to post sheer wumao nonsense that can easily be debunked.

No doubt that the alliance is a lynchpin for security and stability in the region. It gives China heartburn just to think about it. Throw in South Korea, Australia and an India that has no love for China and its incursions and Chinese leaders no doubt chew through many an antacid tablet at night.

The world knows and the U.S. is more important and necessary than any place you've been.

It would be tragic if PRC became overconfident. The US isn't showing all of it's cards. A week or so ago a US Admiral mentioned that his "job" in the event PRC attacked Taiwan was to make the Taiwan Strait an "unmanned hell" and to "frustrate the Chinese" for a month to "buy time" for the rest of the US and its allies to respond.
That sentence tells me the US has assets and plans that they are not talking about. What these unmanned systems are and their capabilities are apparently not in the public realm. I was a little surprised to hear him say that.
