Israel human rights group , "Gisha "published a long list of things blocked from entering Gaza during the decades long Israeli blockade.

Most of the items banned look like Israeli nastiness more than any real security concern .

At times, the following were blocked

Fabric to make clothes, A4 paper, spices, pasta, biscuits, musical instruments, jam ,newspapers ,notebooks, chicks ,fishing equipment ,sewing machines ,tractor spare parts ,toys and donkeys !.

What a nasty , petty country Israel is.

Netanyahu needs to be removed from office anyway possible! This lunatic is going to start WW3 with his greed and inhumanity!

Netanyahu says he won't agree to deal that ends war in Gaza

This is a true leader, One who genuinely cares about the safety and security of his country.

Even Israeli politicians, military and others, including media , have said repeatedly Netanyahu is conducting the war for his own base, political reasons.

He knows 1/he would not be PM after any new elections and 2/ he would probably be in jail following the corruption and bribery charges outstanding against him.

Zibala, your "true leader " faces war crime allegations and the prospect of arrest warrants being issued by the ICC.

Over 20,000 children buried, trapped, detained, lost amid Gaza war: Report

Huge numbers trapped beneath rubble, buried in unmarked graves, detained by Israel, says Save the Children.

The picture showing the grief on that boys face.

Images like these helped end the US involvement in Vietnam.

Very powerful.

Wont be seen in Israel because "the Middle East's only democracy " has a state and self censored media.

Of course, Netanyahu hasn't yet achieved the real objective:

Driving out the Gazans and taking complete control of the area.

Netanyahu says Israel is still committed to destroying Hamas’ military and governing capabilities,

These words are ok as ideals, but as a practical policy they are not feasible. In the best case scenario we return to a situation where both sides watch each other with suspicion.

Let's get the hostages home.

What a nasty , petty country Israel is

Understatement of the year

-7 ( +9 / -16 )

Netanyahu has destroyed Gaza and it will take decades to rebuild. More than 35,000 have been killed.

17 ( +18 / -1 )

And again the obligatory repeating

In its Oct. 7 cross-border assault, Hamas-led militants killed 1,200 people and took 250 people captive, including women, children and older people.

And repeated of the following:

Navi Pillay the head of a UN inquiry: Israel has committed crimes against humanity, forced starvation, extermination, murder, and inhuman and cruel treatment of Palestinians.

> “We found that Israeli forces committed sexual and gender-based violence with the intent to humiliate and further subordinate the Palestinian community. Palestinian women were targeted and subjected to sexual violence and harassment online and in person.

> “Men and boys experienced specific persecutory acts, including sexual and gender-based violence amounting to torture and inhuman and cruel treatment.”

No mention that before October 7th Israel had killed over 6,000 Palestinians since 2009 and Israeli settlers had killed 1,000 (in the same period according to Israel 350 Israelis where killed this includes in non ethnic or political regular criminal activities).

No mention of the over 6,000 Palestinians kidnapped from Gaza, The West Bank and East Jerusalem, held in Blackhole prisons without charges or trial and tortures ( yearly for over 20 years documented by the UN and in a yearly report) no mention of the 28 resolutions against Israel all long before October 7th and including women, children, lawyers, teachers, etc..often never to be seen again!

Why not point out these facts? And they are facts as they are all documented in multiple reports and resolutions against Israel!

It is clear AP, AFP Reuters have an agenda.

They do not do this sort of repetitive thing with reports on other conflicts like Ukraine, not every single article includes the date and how the war started.

Only every single article on Israel Hamas has that!

This is a true leader, One who genuinely cares about the safety and security of his country.

Praising a genocidal maniac is actually a very bad look.

12 ( +15 / -3 )

Netanyahu's comments stood in sharp contrast to the outlines of the deal detailed late last month by U.S. President Joe Biden, who framed the plan as an Israeli one and which some in Israel refer to as “Netanyahu’s deal.”

In other words it was a lie. Diplomatic cover concocted by the US to try and soften criticism of Netanyahu's refusal to end the massacres and to try and pin the blame for the failure of a ceasefire entirely on Hamas.

It's topsy-turvy land. The US says Israel has made a ceasefire offer and Hamas is the only obstacle then literally in the same article you have factual information that Netanyahu opposes any permanent ceasefire and Hamas has largely accepted the terms with some provisions. How utterly stupid do they think people are?

This is a true leader, One who genuinely cares about the safety and security of his country.

Clearly not enough to prevent an attack that killed 1200 Israeli citizens. An attack that Israel had ample warning of.

A true leader? Nah, an incompetent and self-serving leader better fits the bill.

Netanyahu's visit to Congress should be canceled.

13 ( +15 / -2 )

CBC which you really can't find a more pro Israel news site is now pointing out that Netanyahu is no longer doing what is best for Israel but what is in his interest for political and legal survival!

The instant this war stops the probability of him losing power and facing prosecution for various crimes is highly likely!

So he will continue killing as long as possible while he tries to figure out a way to not end up on trail!

> The picture showing the grief on that boys face.

> I'm glad you feel so much for them. Now where is your pity for those in other invaded regions of the world? And 3 million Americans having to serve in Vietnam is what ended that war

No what ended that war was America leaving where it didn't belong, and what would have ended it sooner and spared Cambodia the horrors of the Khmer rouge and Laos the civil war, is if America had stayed out in the first place!

State of Israel v. Benjamin Netanyahu, a long-delayed felony corruption case.

> Mr. Netanyahu, who faces a litany of bribery, fraud and breach of trust charges

This is his main reason for trying to remain in office and in power.

As long as he is in office he can't be prosecuted.

It wouldn't surprise me if he thought letting Hamas attack so he could be the hero by destroying them was part of his plan, but didn't count on it being this difficult or long!

4 ( +7 / -3 )

Netanyahu isn't a peacemaker. Disbanded his war cabinet.

10 ( +12 / -2 )

Cut off the flow of weapons to this civilian massacre maniac already, Joe. How many more thousands of dead kids do you need to see?

""Netanyahu's comments stood in sharp contrast to the outlines of the deal detailed late last month by U.S. President Joe Biden,""

Not really, both are in on it.

The difference between the two is that Bibi Tells us what Biden won't.

3 ( +7 / -4 )

""the Israeli leader said he was “prepared to make a partial deal — this is no secret — that will return to us some of the people,”

"Partial Deal"??

Delusional Bibi, it just won't happen. Only a fool would accept such a JOKE, and Hamas is no joke as it has proven.

This "war" will only end on Hamas terms by the look of it, Bibi knows that damn well, almost 9 month and according to an Israeli retired army general Hamas fighters has proven that they are there to stay, in fact Hamas is far stronger and now than before the Oct. attack, there are more fighters now in northern Gaza than in Rafah according to him.

2 ( +6 / -4 )

Netanyahu has destroyed Gaza and it will take decades to rebuild.

When they do rebuild, it would be nice to see them give priority to aboveground infrastructure instead of 500km of tunnels.

-9 ( +2 / -11 )

“But we are committed to continuing the war after a pause, in order to complete the goal of eliminating Hamas. I’m not willing to give up on that.”

Well Bibi, as Pres. Bush once said " bring 'em on. "

1 ( +4 / -3 )

Good on Netanyahu!

Shang Tsung said it best. Get the job done so we can have peace.

-17 ( +1 / -18 )

Great leadership shown by Netanyahu.

He is intent on preventing further genocidal attacks by Islamic terrorists, and so he is taking the necessary measures that any leader of a democratic country would take.

Meanwhile, Hamas terrorists continue to inflate casualty counts, use civilians as human shields, and show fake pictures meant to depict "victims".

-17 ( +2 / -19 )

This war will NOT end by an agreement, the two sides have gone far beyond that.

This war will grind both sides to the bitter end, Israel and Hamas are well prepared to go all the way and the winner will be the Loser.

Great leadership shown by Netanyahu.

You mean barbarism and genocide!

He is intent on preventing further genocidal attacks by Islamic terrorists, and so he is taking the necessary measures that any leader of a democratic country would take.

If only facts back that up!

In over 2 decades Israel IDF has killed over 6,000 Palestinians 90% civilians 40% women and children but less than 400 Israelis have been killed by Palestinians and Israel propaganda includes those killed not for terrorism not for political reasons but just plain criminal activities!

Israel has Major discrimination policies against it own non Jewish population that makes up 21% of the population but has only 3% representation, never has had a single cabinet positions.

Even the "Arabs affaires committee" never had a single Arab on it until a token non voting position was given in 2023 just one and no right to vote!

Israel's "democracy" is reminiscent of the Jim crow democracy of the USA.

Meanwhile, Hamas terrorists continue to inflate casualty counts, use civilians as human shields, and show fake pictures meant to depict "victims"

Only one problem, everything you said isn't true or factual, because the UN has done it's own count and has agreed with the Hamas numbers, in fact, the UN numbers of dead and missing is actually higher than Hamas.

You are the one calling anyone disagreeing "anti- semitic" but you make non stop islamophobic and anti-Arab comments all the time!

It is a wonder how you can still post here with the constant racist comments (and yes this time the word is accurately being used)

5 ( +8 / -3 )

IMHO it’s hardly possible to be too cynical about Netanyahu’s motives in most instances, but if indeed disabling Hamas’ ability to repeat 10/7 is the goal, I’m in agreement.

-4 ( +2 / -6 )

What a nasty , petty country Israel is.

Always has been, and always will be. It never would have been tolerated if it it wasn't for America's support (complicity). Time to restore historical Palestine.

israel's nastiness is so over the top that it can no longer be hidden, but it was always there...

5 ( +7 / -2 )

This is a true leader, One who genuinely cares about the safety and security of his country.

Yeah, that's why so many israelis are fleeing...

Praising a genocidal maniac is actually a very bad look.

Yeah, reminds me of those who praise that dude with the little mustache.

4 ( +7 / -3 )

In over 2 decades Israel IDF has killed over 6,000 Palestinians 90% civilians 40% women and children but less than 400 Israelis have been killed by Palestinians

First, does not sound like any basis to scream "Genocide" by Israel, does it?

Second, obviously when an aggressor such as Hamas and other terrorists chooses to engage in genocidal acts against Israel, the only democratic country in the Middle East , then Israel is going to use its greatest defensive efforts against those perpetrators, and with their superior will and weaponry, Israel comes out on top.

Note to terrorists who attack Israel--you will be dealt with fairly---and harshly.

-15 ( +1 / -16 )

israel's nastiness is so over the top that it can no longer be hidden, but it was always there...

That was obvious when after its creation it elected multiple wanted terrorist including those involved in their own words cleaning entry villages of their Arab population, assassination of the leading British official in Palestine and blowing up a hotel killing 90 innocent people.

Here is a partial list of the criminals and terrorist elected!

Menachem Begin elected 6 PM

Yitzhak Shamir:became Israel's 7th PM

Uri Avnery: Became a member of the Knesset.

Nathan Yellin-Mor: served in the Knesset after he planned the assignation of "Walter Guinness, 1st Baron Moyne the British minister of state in the Middle East"

Mordechai Olmert: another Knesset membre.

And the list goes on!

Funny how the USA and Britain say they won't deal with terrorists, but had no problem when Israeli terrorist became leaders in that country.

Britain is the worse, Nathan Yellin-Mor actually planed and other elected officials were involved in the murder of Britain's top official in the region and still it had no problem accepting them once Israel was established!

About 600 IDF troops have been killed in Gaza

Israel's News Paper is reporting that Several hundreds of IDF reservists are leaving Israel without their commanders knowledge and not reporting their where. One soldier Mr. Yahuda Libian wrote I gave my leadership 100 days to decide the target of this war and return the hostages. Thousands more are not reporting to service and claiming depression to avoid serving according to the news paper Yadiot Ahrinot . More than 550,000 Israeli citizens have left Israel since the start of the war and have not returned according to Israel Time News Paper.

Second, obviously when an aggressor such as Hamas and other terrorists chooses to engage in genocidal acts against Israel

Please give it a rest!

How can you claim genocidal acts against Israel when Israel before October 7th had killed more than 15 times the number of Palestinians that Palestinians killed Israeli's and that isn't counting the 1000 Palestinians killed by illegal settlers in the west bank in order to take their land and build 140 more illegal settlements despite Israel signed agreement that no extra settlements would be built beyond the 140 already in place at the signing.

Today 280 settlements are in the West Bank 140 built illegally with IDF protection and supplied arms after killing 1,000 Palestinians in order to so so.

In 2023 alone settlers have killed another 1,000 Palestinians.

So Hamas killed 1200 , settlers killed 1,000 Hamas took 250 hostages, Israel hold over 6000 before October 7th 40% are women and children!

Who is the real genocidal group? Well the number speak for themselves! Israel!

Nethanyahu will be the death of Israel. He must be stopped.

Nethanyahu will be the death of Israel. He must be stopped.

Hamas will be the death of Israel, they must be stopped at all cost.

-16 ( +1 / -17 )

Hamas will be the death of Israel, they must be stopped at all cost.

Hamas has never had the capacity to destroy Israel. Hezbollah on the other hand does, and Netanyahu wants a war with them too. The man in insane.

Last week a senior Israeli energy official made it very clear how screwed Israel would be if Hezbollah took out their energy infrastructure. Something that is well within Hezbollahs capabilities.

https://www.timesofisrael.com/as-war-with-hezbollah-looms-concerns-over-vulnerability-of-power-grid-generate-unease/

5 ( +7 / -2 )

And still the “progressives” will vote for Biden. Who do they think is enabling this war? A few mumbled, slurred admonitions of Israel from Joe to Israel but the flow of weaponry goes on full steam ahead. Think!

-5 ( +3 / -8 )

Hamas has never had the capacity to destroy Israel.

But they have the ability to kill it’s citizens and key infrastructures as well as work as a proxy terrorist group being funded by Iran and other jihadist groups bent on the destruction of the Jewish nation

Hezbollah on the other hand does, and Netanyahu wants a war with them too. The man in insane.

I think Hezbollah is insane for taking on the IDF

Last week a senior Israeli energy official made it very clear how screwed Israel would be if Hezbollah took out their energy infrastructure.

That would be the end of so many of the senior leadership.

Something that is well within Hezbollahs capabilities.

Then they should try. For a group of jihadists that pray for martyrdom, they sure try and avoid from being killed….odd…

-14 ( +0 / -14 )

If only Hamas would unconditionally surrender, there would be peace and a chance at prosperity in Gaza.

-9 ( +1 / -10 )

Netanyahu has destroyed Gaza and it will take decades to rebuild

Mission (half) accomplished, well half a loaf will have to do because the surviving Palestinians won't just disappear in a wave of "voluntary migration" when Zionists wave AIPAC's magic wand. "Sleepy Joe" is finally waking up to the nightmare of the Frankenstein monster he has created.

8 ( +8 / -0 )

Biden has that smug, “if you don’t vote for me you aint black” attitude to his lefty base. He’s confident they’ll robotically vote for him no matter what.

Biden has that smug, “if you don’t vote for me you aint black” attitude to his lefty base. He’s confident they’ll robotically vote for him no matter what.

In my opinion I think any POC voting for Trump is racist against their own kind. Marco Rubio, Tim Scott and Vivek Ramaswamy are lowkey racist against their own kind to support someone who only looks at them as if they are "servants" or "DEI" just filling in a check box as he says

1 ( +3 / -2 )

Hamas Hamas Hamas.

They won just over half the seats up for election.

Something like 74 out of 130 or more seats.

So the "no innocents in Gaza " and "all Gazans' support/or ARE Hamas " trope rolled out by boosters and shills.... is crap. Most of the Gazan population were'nt old enough to vote or not even born at the time of the election.

BUT murdering a population and boasting about it on Tik Tok videos WILL create a whole new generation of "militants " ready to fight Israel.

Israel is a stupid country for this aspect alone.
