Cole Garrett/Development and Business Services Manager / Tokyo English Lifeline (TELL)

Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Cole has been living and working in Japan since 2012. He started out in PR and communications and now is the Development and Business Services Manager at TELL, a Community Mental Health NPO serving the international community. Cole’s interests include Psychological Safety, Mediation and Conflict Management, Workplace Harassment and Bullying, Addiction, LGBTQIA+ issues, Sexual Health, and Suicide Prevention. He lives in Kamakura with his partner and dog. On the weekends, you can find him hiking around the mountains in the Shonan area. But please don’t try to find him, he’s working on boundaries.
