Now she can celebrate two birthdays. And she should at least send a thank you card to the Coast Guard on every anniversary of the rescue.

Let the nation choose, the fact that such changes have taken place means that the existing European policy is doing something wrong.

I apologize for this post being off-topic, I would like to access the bus timetables to Fujinomoya 5 station, but the timetables vary from page to page and some are even out of date. Please can someone paste a page with current schedules. Thanks for the help.

Posted in: Gate installed on Mount Fuji trail to control crowds, but governor says more measures needed See in context

This is all a bit ridiculous. Will I have to monitor the possible new restrictions for the ascent of Mt.Fuji daily until August? In the worst case, you can miss one new restriction and a one year preparation for the climb goes down the drain.

Just yesterday, by chance, I found a page that mentions watching a tutorial video about Mt.Fuji, and you confirm the viewing with a qr code on your phone when entering at the fifth station.

Also the various bookings on Japanese sites are not exactly a joy. Those who do not know the kanji for "English language" will not learn any information, let alone book anything.

In the end it will be easier to climb Mount Everest.

I remember when European companies were exploiting cheap labor in China, there was no outcry. China took advantage of this by reverse engineering. Those who thought that such a huge nation would just work hard for us without developing their own technology were wrong.

Posted in: Japan to build anti-tourist fence at another Mount Fuji viewpoint See in context

As someone mentioned, it would be better to turn this tourist obsession into an economic benefit. Photography points should be precisely defined with all the necessary infrastructure, and in places where the crowd of tourists is disturbing, gathering and staying should be prohibited. If you break the rules, you pay a fine. Double inflow of financial resources.

Walking is one of the best "exercises" for weight loss. The biggest factor in all of this, whether you run or walk or any physical activity, is (drumroll) CONSISTENCY. The results are as advertised.

Posted in: Japan to introduce online booking for Mount Fuji trail See in context

I hope Fujinomiya trail does not fall into this rank this year. If it is necessary to pay the entrance fee before the start, it is O.K..

However, pre-booking the most popular trail may divert unprepared hikers to more difficult trails that are not up to them. I hope the proponents thought about it.

Yesterday's drop in the US indices could be seen as a hidden threat to the FED, in the event that it delays in lowering the interest rate. This may put pressure on them as America is in an election year and the market needs to stay healthy because of that. They are currently between two fires.

Those earning money from investment should be heavily taxed. Gambling and moving money around is not real work.

I apologize, but the money invested is obtained through my work. By buying shares, you help the company to develop. If the company is successful, it is a win-win combination. Therefore, I find it unacceptable that when selling shares, I would then have to give 50% to the state.

I can't believe some of the negative response from the comments.

The gesture that offers a glimmer of hope for peace in the region is received even worse than the announcement of missile testing.

But you can be sure that your allies will do everything to prevent this from happening.

Pull-back to 30k would be welcome.

The future of BTC is questionable for the next two years as far as ATH is concerned. Now there are big boys in the game who most likely will not invest billions in BTC at 50k. The halving will be especially interesting, and perhaps the opposite of what is expected will happen.

If you go to Mount Fuji once in your life and travel halfway around the world to get to the base, I don't think this amount should affect the decision. Half of the amount should be used for landscaping and the rest should be donated to those affected by the earthquake.
