After cooking throw away the peas and eat the scallops with a light dry white wine. A little fried rice to go along with this is also nice.

Sounds alright that and nice to see healthier food ideas on here lately. I’m the only one in out place who likes scallops so I’m unlikely to try myself though..

I would use mangetout just for personal preference, but it looks great regardless. Always down for scallops and prosciutto.
