Where did she learn to play and hone her skills? Claiming Japanese tennis is of a high standard is a bit of a stretch. She is Japanese by convenience.

Posted in: Verdict due Tuesday in landmark Japan SDF sexual assault case See in context

Wandora @ 9.58am

Sitting on the fence? Your inference is that it is ok and should be dealt with "in house" where an assault can be glossed over. She chose to serve her country, not to be the subject of sexual assault. If found guilty, they should be sentenced to a term of imprisonment, but knowing the Japanese judiciary system, all will be forgiven if they promise not to be repeat offenders. Time to set an example.

Posted in: Taxi driver arrested for running over pigeon See in context

Arrest, post mortem. The investigation should delve deep with the intrepid police investigators covering all aspects. Why was the bird there? Was he jay walking? Was he bullied by others to the point where suicide was the only option? Was he playing a game of "chicken?" Maybe he was a product of the sophisticated North Korean spy network, or simply was colour blind and didn't see the lights change colour.

The mysteries of the pyramids pale into insignificance compared to this incident.

This monumental event should be the subject of a parliamentary enquiry.
