Posting a tasty eggplant recipe is not boasting. Many people don't know what to do with eggplants.
What's the basis for your claim that many people do not know what to do with eggplants?
If this article was about chives, naturally 'ole man wallace would have something to chime in about knowing what to do with chives--when no one else does!

The WHO has no duties in Africa, or anywhere else. The WHO is an advisory agency, it does not execute health policies or even its own recommendations.
Here we go--hope it eases your confusion:
Our work involves translation of global health initiatives into regional plans that respond to the specific needs and challenges of countries in the Region

Temperatures at record high last year (and projected to be even higher at an earlier date this year) mean that this is not something that happens as every summer.
You were corrected by the below:
Last year was not the record for Tokyo, but temperatures have been hot most every summer the last 10 or 20 years, or even more. In 1994, it was very hot. Temperatures around the Japan record of 41 degrees have been flirted with many times. This is a record that’s just waiting to fall.
