A decapitated cat missing a left paw has been found on the athletic ground of Nishiyamaguchi Elementary School in Kakegawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture, police said Wednesday.

According to police, a child playing on the edge of the athletic ground near the school gymnasium found the mutilated carcass on the evening of August 23, Kyodo News reported. The school resumed classes on August 25 following the end of summer vacation and has strengthened its patrol in the surrounding areas.

Police said they are examining street surveillance camera footage to try and determine who brought the cat to the school.

Forty years of straight-jacketed isolation in a barren room for the psychopath responsible.

they start small and eventually graduate to bigger targets. don't let the perp roam free, or at least set him straight first.

It might have been hit by a car. It is very common in many countries.

And it knocked his head and one paw clean off? I'm not an expert at that sorta thing. But, Imma go ahead and say that's highly unlikely, if not impossible.

Which is the game where the player gets to mutilate a cat, again? I always forget the name of that one.

Another future socio/psychopath on the loose?

Poor cat, what kind of pain it had to endure before dying (maybe the paw came first). its a sad reality but this happens all the time while we live our peaceful lives somewhere there a person with void in their soul will torture an animal who decided to trust a human being and afterwards the person will grow to torture humans or continue to torture animals, for fairness sake there are plenty of those on the streets available.

The person that did this absolutely needs to be found because it is unlikely he or she will stop there.
