A great winner
It was England's best game by a mile
The first half as really good, less so in the second
Foden was unlucky not to score
I thought it was never a penalty and the Dutch should have had a penalty for holding in the box
Hopefully their luck will hold for one more game

I have deep sympathy for the parents but also for the teachers who are to blame but will also carry guilt for the rest of their life's.

Sorry, I'll rephrase generally one of the better teams wins.
Portugal had Ronaldo and an excellent defense
Italy likewise had an amazing defense
England have shown none of these qualities
Maybe Bellinngham is the new Ronaldo and he'll win it by himself
But England have played terribly against weak opposition to date and there is nothing indicating they are going to suddenly turn it around

Moonraker
And in every other tournament the best team wins
England had 2 shots on target in 120 minutes
They got lucky that's all
Maybe they'll be lucky three more but there was nothing in that performance to indicate they can beat Spain Germany or Portugal

It's a good idea, the increased funds can be used to build more public toilets, trash cans, and for street cleaning etc.
Have you never visited? The park/castle/town is very clean. Clean toilets in the castle
Yes, I've visited many times over the years
As you say , it's very clean because locals are paying taxes for these services. It's only fair for tourists to contribute

Reviewed 7 April 2024 via mobile
We booked the tour for the 26th of March and guide did no show up. There were also 4 other people wih us waiting for more than 40 minutes. We booked through their website and we did not even get a refund.
Disrespectful Tour Guide
May 2024 • Solo
Avoid this tour guide in Japan like the plague. Despite living here, he shows a complete disregard for the Japanese people and their culture. His constant rude mistakes and aggressive arguments with locals make the experience unbearable. This disrespectful, unprofessional guide will ruin your trip. Do not waste your time or money.
> They ghosted us. Dude came by with a paper saying One Kyoto Tours, said he needed a few minutes to sort things out and never returned. Check out the reviews here. Total scam. I'd give a lower rating if it were possible. This is a pattern. The one 5-star review was probably from a friend. Completely bogus outfit.

Wolfshine
Until the site was taken down today the reviews for his "travel company" include complaints of taking payments and then disappearing, being aggressive and even having to call the police to get him to give a refund for services not provided.
Also there is a sign at the temple which says no bell ringing after 5pm
So, yes I agree some people are anti foreigner for no reason other than racism and I am against bullying or harrasent but in this incident the guy appears to be a crock who got what was coming to him

They both seem as bad as each other,
That the women is filming the scene indicates she's looking to make a scene
That said if you want to keep working as a tour guide in Japan you can't talk like that.
A simple 大変申し訳ありません、
これから気を付けてます
And walk away
Would have defused the situation
Instead the guide is far too aggressive

Back in 2003 on my first day here, as an absent minded youth I left my suitcase with all my money and passport inside on the yamonote line
Not having any money or a phone, I went to the nearest hotel )as I thought they would have someone who could speak English
The hotel let me stay overnight free of charge and called JR to find my bag
Thanks to their kindness I decided to move here permanently.
Japan has a lot of faults but it's still one of the safest and most welcoming places in the world

Sounds like you live in Kanto, Kansai or Nagoya

Tollives
The unspoken rule in my experience is under 115km is ok as long as you slow down if you see a police car in your rear view mirror.
Over 120km and it's down to luck if you get a ticket or the policeman just winds down they window and tells you to slow down
If they were serious about stopping speeding on the highway then they would monitor what time you enter and exit the highway but then most people wouldn't use the highways which are technically privately owned.
