“Heat stroke's primary symptoms include a change in mental status, such as confusion, delirium, combativeness, seizures, loss of consciousness, and a core body temperature above 104 F. Heat exhaustion can present with dizziness, headache, nausea, weakness, unsteady gait, muscle cramps and fatigue.”
I’ve had heat exhaustion and the symptoms were exactly as described above. I remained in the hospital ER for about 90 minutes and was given two bottles of solution intravenously. Be warned: it sneaks up on you.

Poverty generated by past colonial activities,
A funny thing happened on gaining independence from colonial powers: the native elite trained by them simply continued their administrative jobs and continued many of the policies - especially regarding agriculture (export cacao, for example, rather than encourage farmers to expand and grow a surplus of staple crops for the home market) that ensured that the elite were wealthy at the expense of common people.
You don’t believe that native peoples can be as oblivious, or cruel, to their fellows as their former “masters”? Think again. Do some reading about the post-colonial world. It’s eye-opening. That might be too painful.

However, I believe Biden regularly displays the deliberative dispositions that characterize good decision-making, while Trump does this less often.

”no demographic timebomb”? Interesting. Biden seems to be solving the problem of who will finance GenX and Millenials’ social security payments by encouraging millions of aliens to enter the country illegally. It’s great to perpetuate a working underclass to prop up a native-born elite, isn’t it?

Moscow agreed with Trump's assessment of Thursday's verdict, calling it the “elimination of political rivals by all possible legal or illegal means,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. In September, Putin said the prosecution of Trump was political revenge that “shows the rottenness of the American political system.”
As an assessment, even Putin - who is an expert in techniques of eliminating political opponents - can be correct.
